Membership:

Each Owner of a Lot is a Member of the Association. The right of any Member to vote shall be suspended during any period in which such member shall be delinquent in payment of any assessment levied by the Association.

HWHOA

The power and authority of the Association shall be vested in a Board of Directors elected by the Owners in accordance with the By-Laws of the Association.

Dues:

The 2025 - 2026 Annual Dues are $75 per household. The annual assessment will be used to improve and maintain the Common Property.
